Your PLANNED GIFT, (state through your Last Will and Testament) is an ongoing gift of assets made to a charitable organization such as The Animal Awareness Society. All PLANNED GIFTS are put into our ‘TOP SPOT ENDOWMENT FUND’ where only the interest will be used to help care for the animals. Looking for that special pet? Visit us at the Greensboro PETCO at 4217 West Wendover Avenue on scheduled Saturdays to meet some of the animals currently available for adoption. You’ll also be able to speak with our volunteers and begin the adoption process when you find your new animal friend.
We have spring, summer and fall low-cost rabies clinics. Rabies, feline distemper, canine distemper/parvo vaccines, microchipping and nail trimming are available. Bring any previous, current Rabies Certificates with you, not just the Rabies Tag, but the current Certificate. If you have questions, please call our office-336-498-6013.
We are always in need of volunteer help in several areas: Help with adoption fairs that we have on scheduled Saturdays at PETCO on W. Wendover in Greensboro, help with office work, cleaning, socializing with animals at our building in Randleman, help at our Rabies Clinics that we have 3 times a year, and we are always in need of good foster homes. If you are interested in helping out in any way, please call our office at 336-498-6013. Thank YOU!!
