Our mission is to humanely reduce the number of abandoned or unwanted cats and dogs in our communities through education on spaying and neutering. TAAS helps find safe, loving forever homes for the animals in our foster care, providing education about the importance of spaying/neutering and increasing involvement and accountability from the community in efforts to decrease animal abuse, cruelty and over-population.
